At Kastoor, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Kastoor packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
